The Perseus Corporation was registered
in the State of Ohio in 1991 to incorporate
the software consulting and design practice of
F. David Gill.

Mr. Gill’s consulting career includes
a twenty-nine year consulting relationship with
GE Lighting,
 where he created commercial software for
lighting engineering and lighting economics calculations.
Projects required original
mathematical research and data base design.
The software was generally regarded
as the lighting industry standard.

Antonius Hospital
in Utrecht, the Netherlands,
and
Ohio Bell Telephone Company
(now SBC)
were among Mr. Gill’s earlier clients.

Prior to entering private practice
Mr. Gill was employed by
The Cleveland Clinic Foundation,
where he managed the world’s largest database
documenting the treatment of heart disease.
He also designed the accounts payable system that
